In depth interview with former D.o.D. research librarian Douglas Dietrich. Douglas was exposed to highly secretive documentation as part of his role to catalogue and destroy items at the Presidio Military Base in San-Francisco. This base was essentially the venue for the creation and hosting of the United Nations until it moved to New York, where it remains today. This 3 hour discussion was divided into 3 sections: A new take on the ‘UFO crash’ at Roswell in 1947 and it’s role in the post-war era. The fate of the Axis powers, British and US roles in Antartica and ‘Operation High Jump’ Roots of narco-trafficking as a black-budget source, Opium Wars, Tesla and Yugoslavia Although some of his perspectives and historical revisionism may appear suspect to some, there is no doubting that Mr Dietrich has an unparalleled ability to process a given context highly fluidly with the ability to weave connections seamlessly between them. Intro Notes: We open with the  role of Presidio base as a pre-United Nations document repository and D.D.’s personal role in document cataloguing, destruction and secrecy levels. It is the view of many in more recent years, that the infamous Roswell case of 1947 is difficult to research due to the huge ‘confusion machine’ that has been active since that era.  It seems likely that in the post war, nuclear testing time-frame –  several legitimate ET craft were downed or crashed [possibly by new terrestrial radar systems] but the focus on Roswell was to move people away from the use of Japanese and Nazi tech via the ‘alien meme’. This is an heretical view for most –  but there are many aspects to Roswell that point to it being something more down-to-earth. This discussion includes the alleged blackmail of the US by biocidal weapons and the admission that highly secret Japanese dirigible ships landed at the infamous Area 51 – then known as Tonapah range.

Given this context – we can then examine the events surrounding Antarctica and the vast expedition by Admiral Byrd [disguised as a mineral and mining venture] to locate and destroy an apparently high-tech break-away civilisation linked to one section of the Nazi power base. This discussion was equally interesting for myself as I’m at the tale end of researching the 1980s British war in that region with Argentina – through which have been found shared elements with earlier political and historical events.

The final hour brings in many elements but looks at what the black budget mainly consists of and why this liquid flow of funds is being used for far more than the odd untraceable assassination or lining the pockets of satellite government individuals. We examine the role of Opium in initiating this funding source and follow on by talking about Tesla’s desire to have his blue-prints released to the world via Yugoslavia. The Serbian [Balkans] conflict of the 1990s is put into focus along with why Russia invaded Afghanistan in the early 1980s.
We finish up with a few selected questions for Douglas submitted by people who were aware of his scheduled interview.
